The house situated in Vermont, meters from the Jan Rabie Tidal Pool. 
 
Arranged around a central hall and an enclosed veranda, has four bedrooms, all with en- suite bathrooms and sleeps eight to ten people.

Three bedrooms have hotel style king size beds and the fourth bedroom has twin beds.  There is also a fifth restroom in the main house, allowing for two single beds in an additional room if need be. Safe in each bedroom of the main house
 
The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and separate box freezer. 
 
The laundry is fitted with a top loader washing machine and tumble dryer.
 
Separate from the main house is a cottage with two bedrooms and a bathroom, large living area and kitchenette.  This could be rented in addition to the main house, but not separate from it.
 
To further indulge, this house sports a swimming pool and terrace area with a large table for outdoor dining and entertaining. Outside braai on patio overlooking the sea.
 
Secure parking for four vehicles, security alarm and 24 hour armed response   
 
Cleaning service once a week
